Booking Policies

When booking with Morgan Ann Glam there are policies and terms & conditions in place to protect both the client and the artist. These conditions are as stated below and will be reiterated in a contract given to the client prior to their appointment:

 - A contract must be signed prior to the appointment going ahead, this may be done on a   date prior to the appointment or before the appointment begins.

- The client must inform the makeup artist of any allergies or conditions that may affect the makeup application prior. 

​

- If the Client is displaying symptoms of being unwell the Makeup Artist has the right to refuse service. Please do not attend your appointment's if you are not feeling well.

​

- A 20% booking fee is required to secure any makeup appointment, this booking fee is non-refundable.

​

- A 50% booking fee is required to secure any wedding booking, this booking fee is non-refundable.

​

- A travel fee may apply should the makeup artist have to travel to the booking destination, the travel rate in line with IRD's standards is 79c/km.

​

- If the client is late to their booking, they will be charged an additional $20 for every 15 minutes that they are late.

​

- In the highly unlikely event that the Makeup Artist has to cancel the booking, they will do their best to source another Makeup Artist as replacement.
